Samsung delivers new Power Sharing Cable...

There are ordinary looking power cables, and then there is something that Samsung has recently unleashed upon the unsuspecting masses – something that they have dubbed as the new Samsung delivers new Power Sharing Cable. It is not too difficult to actually run out of juice on our mobile devices simply because we forgot to charge them up earlier. With the Samsung Power Sharing Cable, it is a new manner of letting one charge between devices while they are on the go.

The Samsung Power Sharing Cable works this way – you will now have the ability to easily transfer power directly from your Samsung Galaxy x5, Samsung Galaxy Tab S or any other kind of compatible Galaxy device to any micro USB-compatible device. This is a brand new Power Sharing cable which offers multi-device users a versatile manner to power p their devices, letting you share the load with your Galaxy device’s battery with another device – be it that of your own, or of someone else’s.

In order to have it work, all you need to do is to download the “Power Sharing” app straight from Samsung Apps or the Google Play store, before you choose the right amount of power that you would want to transfer. Once that is done, all that is required would be to plug in one end of the cable into the device that the power is being drawn from while plugging in the other end of the cable into the device to be charged. Since the Samsung Power Sharing Cable is portable and tiny enough to fit in a pocket and purse while you are on the move, this is truly a worthy travel companion not to be forgotten while you are away on a business trip or on a holiday. It however does come only in a shade of white, which can be a bummer.

Mangalyaan giving its first report...

The Mangalyaan sent five photographs of Mars, tweeted from ISRO's Mars Orbiter Twitter account (@MarsOrbiter).  The caption of the image read, "The view is nice up here."

"The Mars Colour Camera (MCC) onboard started working soon after the orbiter stabilised in the elliptical orbit of Mars and has taken a dozen quality pictures of its surface and its surroundings," Isro's scientific secretary V Koteshwara Rao said.
An Isro team led by agency chief K Radhakrishnan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Thursday with hard copies of all the pictures taken by the Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM) probe.
Speculation is rife that Isro might release them later in the day
The snaps were expected to arrive in the afternoon on the momentous day, but there was no news about them till evening, causing some concerns.

Mars Orbiter Mission Successfully Enters Red Planet Orbit...

India on 24 September made history by becoming the first country in the world to enter the Martian orbit in its maiden attempt. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully inserted the Mars Orbiter into the red planet’s orbit. The state-run Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is the fourth international space agency after National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the US, Russian Federal Space Agency (RFSA) and European Space Agency to undertake a mission to Mars. It aims to study Mars’ surface and mineral composition, and scan its atmosphere for methane, a chemical strongly tied to life on Earth.

WASHINGTON: Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch its next Windows Phone handset on Verizon this month.

The Samsung Ativ SE will be made available as a Windows Phone 8 device, according to sources familiar with Verizon's plans.

While images originally leaked with a promise of Windows Phone 8.1, the Ativ SE will receive the update once it's ready for the handset, the Verge reported.

Meanwhile, the Ativ SE has a lot in common with Samsung's Galaxy S4 handset.

Similar to Galaxy S4, the Ativ SE has the same 5-inch 1080p display and 13-megapixel camera and looks the same with a fake brushed metal effect on the rear of the device
